I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, not too far from the railway station. The complimentary breakfast provided was delicious and well-arranged. great value for money.

The hotel could improve on its Wi-Fi connectivity, as it was a bit slow and would sometimes get disconnected. However, everything else was fantastic.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kochi. the staff were absolutely amazing - so friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Secondly, the room was clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. I had a great night's sleep! Lastly, the location was perfect, with a good restaurant right next door. They even offer free delivery to the hotel! Plus, the value for money was excellent, with breakfast included. I had a wonderful experience.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of hot water in the bathroom shower.

The hotel offered a pleasant stay with clean and comfy rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. The hotel was conveniently located near a great local restaurant that offered free delivery to the hotel. we were able to enjoy a tasty breakfast every morning for free.

The condition of some of the amenities fell short of expectations. The bathroom shower did not have hot water available during our stay.

I had a great stay at a neat hotel with friendly staff at Hilite Inn. The room was clean and comfy, and the location was convenient. I also enjoyed the free delivery from the restaurant next door. While the coffee was made in an outside shack, everything else was top-notch. I would recommend this hotel.
